Terms and conditions

  • Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to any other services. We require 24 hours’ notice for any rescheduling or deposits may be forfeited.
  • You will receive a text message reminder 3 days prior to your appointment. You must confirm your appointment by replying to this text/email. If you do not reply ‘YES’ or confirm your appointment with IDesire Brows, your appointment will be subject to cancellation.
  • Prices, products and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • No Shows that occur more than twice consecutively will result in a booking ban. Our team will be unable to book future appointments at IDesire Brows.
  • All bookings during Peak Season (December) require a 50% deposit.
  • If you require your treatment at a later date, you will need to provide a minimum of 24 Hours’ Notice from your original booking date and we will require an email sent to info@idesirebrows.com.au or call 0414765306 to reschedule.

Arrival time

  • You must come 10 minutes prior to your appointment.
  • You must arrive on time for your treatment as the services we provide cannot be cut short.
  • We are an appointment only clinic.
  • If you are late for your treatment by more than 10 min you will need to reschedule & a cancellation fee will apply.
  • Colour Refresh and Complimentary Touch-up
  • Colour Refresh treatment prices are for existing clients only. The colour refresh does not include a complimentary touch-up.
  • Your complimentary touch-up may not be scheduled for any sooner than 4 weeks since your initial treatment and is valid for up to 12 weeks only.
  • Your first touch-up treatment is complimentary, so may not be exchanged for a reduced price if you are unable to attend. Clients who do not attend their scheduled complimentary touch-up at 4-12 weeks, or who cancel within 48 hours, forfeit their Complimentary touch-up visit.

Deposit and Refund Policy

  • All Cancellations attract a $50 Cancellation Fee
  • A booking deposit of 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking a Service.
  • If you attend the consultation and it is not suitable to go ahead with the Service, the Deposit is fully refundable or exchangeable.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment for the Services Late Cancellation no shows, or a request for reschedule will result in the forfeit of your Deposit to IDesire Brows
  • More than one (1) late cancellation will incur the full upfront payment to secure any future bookings.
  • A Deposit is not required to book in your complimentary touch-up; however, late cancellation will forfeit your complimentary treatment and the current adjustment fee will be payable.
  • IDesire Brows will only provide you with a refund of the Purchase Services Fee in the event they are unable to provide the Services or if the manager of IDesire Brows makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances
    (the Refund).
  • In the event a client has a change of mind in relation to cosmetic tattooing and/or would like it removed, IDesire Brows will not be liable for any costs or refund of the Purchase.
